If I cancel my lesson, do I get a refund ?
- once the lessons begun, ESF does not no refund.Not case of illness, nor in case of accident. we recommend you to subscribe the insurance card “neige” which will refund you. Before the beginning of lessons, an 48 hours is asked to refund private lessons, and 5 days to refund of group lessons.
Children: How to choose their lessons ?

Does the price of the lessons include insurance?
- - lessons are sold without insurance. We recommend you to check your insurance contracts. The Card “neige” is an assistance insurance of the French Federation of Ski. The ski schools proposes it to the skiers, valid all year and all over the world.
Is the equipment provided by ESF?
- - The rent for the equipment is not included in the price of the lessons. We recommend the sport shops of the ski station. A helmet is strongly recommended. Beginners do not need ski sticks.
Which clothes do you recommend for skiing or surfing?
